You may run into snags as you begin to use Gizmo VoIP on your Nokia device. Here is a list of possible issues and ideas on how to solve them. If you don't see an answer to your questions here check your Instructions or Support sections. Also, if your problem is not with Gizmo VoIP specifically, your Nokia device owners manual may be helpful.
This means your phone does not see a wireless network it can connect to. Select "Options" and then "Refresh" to activate network scanning again. You should see the WiFi network in the list.
If you see the WiFi network try "Internet tel." again.
If you don't see the WiFi network, refresh the network list again, and if you still don't see it, follow the steps of How to check WiFi connection.
This could be because you mis-typed your User ID or password.
PLEASE NOTE - The password in the Nokia e61i is case-sensitive. The password in the desktop client, and
on most of our web pages is NOT case-sensitive. If you are having difficulty, then you will need to recover

Open your phone's browser, and follow these instructions
You are in Browser Bookmarks page. Type some address, e.g. www.nokia.com and press the center selection button to go to the web site, when N80 asks to choose access point, choose the one you use for your internet calls.
If you are able to connect to the web site, try "Internet tel." again.
If you are not able to connect to web site, check your Access Points by selecting "Tools" from the Applications menu. Choose "Settings", and select "Connection", then select "Access Points" and check the settings of the access point you are using for internet calls.
If your Access Point settings match your WiFi network settings, reboot the phone and try again.
You have two options, either make the internet calls your as preferred call type or choose Internet call prior to placing a call.

Also, you can choose to make an Internet call by selecting "Options" after you have entered the phone number to call or after you have chosen a contact from your address book.
This is probably because the Access Point you are using is not stored on your device.
